The owners have horses at the stables situated on site that can be petted, but riding on the site is unfortunately not available. Introductions can be made to the horses by arrangement with the owners. There is a riding school less than a mile away. Please ask for more details from the Booking Team. Livery options are available from £75 per week including stables and a paddock. Food can be arranged at an additional cost.

Step outside this modern house and immerse yourself in the surrounding countryside, located in the small village of Waltham, with a choice of picturesque walks surrounding you, and an array of countryside pubs a short drive away. Ideally situated for exploring this wonderful part of Kent, if you can draw yourself away from the beautiful countryside, with the historic city of Canterbury a 20-minute drive away and the coast at quaint Hythe and vibrant Folkestone within a half an hour by car.
