In the Area

Kingswood is located in the Maidstone area near Lenham, Ulcombe and Leeds. Leeds is home to Leeds Castle, possibly the most beautiful castle in the world 🙂 You can enjoy Go Ape (zip wires) and Segway as well as many activities in the park from falconry, a maze, river boating and more. Broomfield Park is on your doorstep to Little Seven Oaks with long winding relaxing walks and trails. There is a lovely restaurant at the Castle, very romantic during the evening. Sissinghurst Castle is also very close by to further enjoy one of the many heritage visits in this part of Kent.

The closest eatery is the award-winning gastro pub The Potting Shed, a short drive away offering tasty meals and tipples.

Further afield within 45 minutes, you can head to the City in Canterbury, Royal Tunbridge Wells, and Sevenoaks - superb shopping, heritage sites, and cafes galore. Or perhaps the seaside in Hythe and Folkestone. Lots in very easy distance from Kingswood.
Getting here from London is best by car via the M20 in under an hour. Or via train to Headcorn.

Good stay. 5/5

Good and quiet location. Good size. We enjoyed walking to Leeds Castle from LSO, and driving to Knole House, Chatham Historic Dockyard (we pre-booked the ‘Call the Midwife’ tour, and made some rope in the ropery), Down House (Charles Darwin), Canterbury Cathedral and St Augustine’s Abbey, Walmer Castle and gardens and Dover Castle (Double helix staircase, underground tunnels and super keep)

Stunning! 5/5

Beautiful, comfortable property set in a very peaceful location. It was spotlessly clean, with everything provided that you could possibly need for a self catering break (including sauces, oils etc) and also some lovely extra goodies (bread, butter, marmalade, cereal, biscuits and Sarah's homemade Lemon Drizzle cake, to name a few) and Sarah and Nigel were lovely hosts. I highly recommend Little Seven Oaks.

A great stay! 4.8/5

We had a wonderful stay at Little Seven Oaks. We arrived to a lovely hamper of goodies including some delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake. The accommodation was beautiful and the setting was idyllic. We were even lucky that the weather allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening. We also enjoyed a home cooked meal from the host (Sarah) as an added extra one evening which was such a treat. We stayed with our 5 month old baby and the host was very accommodating of this too. I would without hesitation recommend Little Seven Oaks and look forward to staying here again soon!

Lovely modern accommodation in beautiful and peaceful setting. 5/5

Very well equipped, everything you need for your stay and beyond. Hamper was a lovely and welcome addition. To the provisions provided in the fridge and hamper to the toiletries, the owner really had thought of everything for your stay. Beautiful views of the garden and wood beyond, with wild birds and squirrels, this really is a lovely place to stay.

Great place-shame about the bed 4/5

Thi sis a well thought out and lovely place to stay- except they seem to have sctimped on the bed. Most people rent a place like this to sleep in. The bed was very poor.... uncomfortable to say the least. Also the pillows were also pretty poor and had a smell to them. If these things were sorted out I would rank it very highly..... but if you value a good night's sleep I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Peaceful retreat 4.5/5

Some difficulty finding it on arrival instructions could have been better. Once in however it was extremely comfortable. The welcome hamper was excellent.

Beautiful house and location, ideal for our stay. So many personal touches, from the food hamper, (home made goodies) and the essentials in the fridge which were all much appreciated. Lovely candles, room fragrances and toiletries, nice attention to detail. We ordered a meal for two with wine, which was in the fridge on our arrival, all home made, such a nice touch after our journey. Great idea. Very peaceful and beautiful setting, we loved the garden, nature and just relaxing. Location is also ideal for visiting Leeds Castle. Would highly recommend. Our thanks to Bloom Stays and hosts.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts and the goodies you left for us to eat. The views are without a doubt stunning. Morning coffee on the patio and the sound of the birds always a delight.

Impressive lodging! If you are looking for a country escape in a super modern and clean lodging this is the place to go. We felt privileged to be sharing such beautiful greenery with the landlords. Privacy was very well respected and we practically felt alone in the premises as it is very quiet and secluded anyways. The lodging is finished to modern standards and the cleanliness is too notch. Sarah left us some really good goodies in the basket and all was very tasty! The view from the kitchen living is breathtaking. To wake up to the view of the woods and watch ducks and birds go by infront of you is just priceless! Will def choose this place again if we return to Kent !

Thank you. You have the most beautiful home and it was the most perfect, relaxing weekend away from the business of our city lives. The little touches - hamper, candles and products make the whole experience.
